May 24th, 2011:MJ had to go to a French restaurant for a school project so we all decided to meet up at Joyce station at 6. But that didn’t happen due to the ‘medical emergency’ so we had to change our plans.. I was stuck at the frickin’ bus loop but thankfully the bus bridge finally made its way to Metrotown!Ughh, the bus was hella packed though ‘cause everyone was trying to head downtown. Claustrophobia would be an understatement — it was hella packed with a lot of people venting on their cellphones. Almost everyone had a smartphone and were trying to get updates about the game. And it was just hell-ish for me ‘cause I was HUNGRY! RAWR. (I don’t deal well with people when I’m hungry, HAHA. Sad, but true). Anywho, long story short.. definitely needed a drink after surviving the packed bus.. so while waiting for people to leave The Twisted Fork, we ended up bumming around Champions Pizza, which was just down the block. Heineken + hawaiian pizza + Canucks game = happy me.
