Memorable Moments (Continuation)

- August 20, 2010: MICHAEL BUBLE concert at GM place (Rogers Arena) — AMAZING concert :) & gotta love his big heart :). Costco, Edgewater Casino, talks about underwear, etc.

- August 9-13, 2010: Reading & Writing Camp at Vancouver Public Library. I had the MOST adorable campers, ever. :)

- July 10, 2010: BC Cancer Foundation’s Underwear Affair. That was one hell of an interesting volunteer event ;)

- June 13, 2010: JDRF (Telus Walk to Cure Diabetes) — shortest volunteer shift, EVER. Oh man, garbage lady.. haha. Nothing more.. ohmy.

- June 12, 2010: Relay for Life (Mahon Park in North Van). Volunteer/Info tent, deposits at the office, bellydancing, making new best friends, “hot” firefighters, delivering gift bags, being in charge of meals, etc.

- May 15-24, 2010: I had the privilege of being able to volunteer for the whole duration of the Vancouver International Children’s Festival (VICF) :) & it made me realize that I really do enjoy volunteering :)

- May 2, 2010: 1st time ever volunteering for the BMO Vancouver Marathon. Definitely was an interesting day (“Wrap me up!” “Do me!”). I’m sorry, @rawrzuhlind! Haha. But remember, ‘The Back-Up Plan’ :). But oh my, MY GUILTY CONSCIENCE, haha.

2010: Memorable Moments

- Vancouver 2010: downtown everyday, having to go to work every day JUST to update our medal board (and to print out events), seeing people wear RED (“People look hotter when they wear red.”), unbridled patriotism, pretending to be tourists, art gallery, robson square on FEBRUARY 14th, 2010 (Alexandre Bilodeau won CANADA’s first GOLD medal on home soil), pin trading and collecting, tweets about ‘PChiddy’ and Scott & Tessa, PChiddy at McD, & of course, Vancouver’s paralympics (Canada did pretty damn well!)

- The Buried Life: February 15th, 2010 ♥ — insane day. From staking out at Pizza Hut for 2 hours to chatting with the lg’s all around us to FINALLY have Duncan Penn & Ben Nemtin grace us with their presence at SITKA. Sigh :)

- May 2010: received two letters on the same day! Graduation letter & conditional acceptance into VCC’s Hospitality Management program

- December 2010: holyyy balls. HAPPIEST DAY of my life in December was December 21. Good day indeed. :)
